By downloading or using Flashi, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Participating Venues

Flashi is available only at participating stadiums and event venues. Restaurants, menus, pricing, collection options and delivery services may vary between venues depending on the participating vendors.

Orders

Orders are prepared and fulfilled by participating restaurants. Availability of menu items is subject to stock availability.

Once a restaurant has accepted and started preparing an order, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through supported payment providers. Prices displayed in the app are determined by the participating restaurant.

Order Fulfilment

Depending on the venue and participating restaurant, customers may choose one of the following fulfilment methods:

• Express Pickup: Customers collect their order from the designated collection point once it is ready.
• Seat Delivery: Where offered by the venue, orders are delivered to the customer's allocated seat.

Available fulfilment methods may differ between venues and restaurants.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding their login credentials.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to misuse the application, interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Flashi systems or services.

Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Flashi Privacy Policy.

Changes to Services

Flashi continuously expands its network of participating venues and restaurants. Stadiums, seating layouts, restaurants, collection points and menus are added as venues are onboarded to the platform. Consequently, available venues, menu options, fulfilment methods and services may change over time.
